Couples counselling offers a gentle space to talk openly, rebuild understanding, and explore what helps you both feel supported and connected again. You don’t need to come with all the answers can simply start with finding the courage to sit together and say, “We need a little support, together.”
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Grounded in care. Rooted in culture. Guided by compassion.
I’m Manisha, a counsellor and consultant specialising in perinatal mental health, baby loss and parenting.
My approach is shaped by both my professional training and my lived experiences. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, not something you go through alone. At the heart of my work is creating a relationship where you feel heard, respected and supported, so we can make sense of things together in a way that feels right for you.

WHO I WORK WITH
Finding support for what feels too heavy to carry alone
I often work with people who are finding life harder than they imagined during pregnancy, after baby loss, or while parenting. Some come to me feeling anxious, low or overwhelmed; others are grieving, adjusting to big changes, or feeling uncertain about who they are becoming.
You don’t need to have had therapy before — many of the people I meet are reaching out for the very first time.
- Feeling anxious, low or overwhelmed
- Living with grief after loss
- Struggling to adjust to changes in pregnancy or parenting
- Unsure about identity or direction
- Seeking therapy for the very first time
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Let's start with a call
Whether this is your first time considering therapy or you’re looking for support again, we can start by talking through what feels most important to you.
